Accessibility statement
Every page has an accessibility button in the bottom corner. It lets you change text size and spacing, switch to high or dark contrast, pick a dyslexia friendly typeface, enlarge the pointer and click targets, stop animation and turn on a reading guide.
or press Alt and 0 on any page.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to compare our rates, buy credit and get help on this site, whatever their sight, hearing, mobility or reading needs. If something here does not work for you, tell us and we will help you another way while we fix it.
Conformance status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This site is partially conformant: most of the standard is met and checked, but an independent audit has not been done yet, and the limitations below remain.

Keyboard access
- Tab and Shift and Tab move between links, buttons and form fields.
- Enter or Space activates the focused control.
- Escape closes the accessibility panel, the privacy choices banner and the mobile menu.
- Alt and 0, or Option and 0 on a Mac, opens the accessibility panel from anywhere.
- A Skip to content link appears as soon as you press Tab on a new page.
How we check the site
Before every update, each page is tested automatically in a real browser at screen widths from 320 to 1920 pixels. The tests check text and button colour contrast against WCAG AA, that nothing scrolls sideways, that every image has a text description, and that the privacy choices give Accept and Reject equal weight.
Known limitations
- The three customer videos on the home page do not have captions or transcripts yet.
- The shop and member area at call.your-dialer.com, where you buy credit and manage your account, is a separate system. It has not been through the same checks.
- The YourDialer App is made by our carrier, and its accessibility depends on your phone or computer.
